How certification works
In Pennsylvania, certification is performed by an individual EPA Lead Dust Sampling Technician (LDST) or a PA-certified risk assessor - no firm license is required, unlike New Jersey's DCA-licensed-firm regime. Every inspection on this site is performed by a technician holding one of those credentials, and dust-wipe samples are analyzed by an accredited third-party laboratory, not estimated in-house.
